No. Every automation comes with plain-language documentation written for non-technical users. For more complex builds, we include a walkthrough session where your specialist explains how to operate and maintain the system.
You own everything outright — full intellectual property transfer on final delivery and payment. You receive all source files, templates, and access credentials. We retain no rights or access after handover unless you explicitly request ongoing support.
Modifications within the revision window are included. After the window closes, you can commission a separate change request — this is typically quoted and priced as a smaller scope project depending on what's changed.
